FAQ’s

November – February: Orders can be changed if the order hasn’t been processed and shipped with the courier.  Depending on how much needs to change we might offer you a voucher for your original order value and ask that you checkout again.

March – October: As this is the busiest time of the year, we cannot change, add or remove items in your order as this has a knock on effect on everyone elses orders. 

You can opt to have your order cancelled and a voucher issued to the value of the order, or we’ll refund you the order amount.

Shipping costs vary from area to area. All orders are shipped from Johannesburg. Delivery is calculated during checkout upon entering your delivery address.

Orders are processed weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. Our courier partners typically collect parcels between 11:00 and 14:00. If you order after the courier has collected for the day, your parcel will be collected from our premises the following working day. 

Our courier partners only work weekdays and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Our payments are safely and securely processed by BobGo, allowing you to make payment with a Credit/Debit Card, instantEFT, Manual EFT, Scan to Pay, Payshap and more.

We process orders throughout the day Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 (excluding public holidays). Your order will be processed and packed within a couple of hours after making payment. Note that if you order over the weekend, we will only process your order on the next working day.

Orders over R1 000

Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery. We will use the most economical courier quote to deliver your order. Transit time varies from each courier but can vary from 2 to 9 working days depending on how busy the couriers are.

Door to Door couriers and PUDO are available on the Free Delivery option. 

Pargo and BobBox are not available for free delivery.

If you qualify for free delivery but would like to choose a specific courier, a R40 surcharge will be applicable. Please email us if you would like to use a specific courier on a free delivery order.

Orders under R1 000

You will be able to choose which courier you prefer to have your order delivered to you. 

Depending on your location, you will be able to choose from Internet Express, RAM, Fastway, The Courier Guy, PUDO, Pargo and BobBox.

Courier rates vary between each delivery service.

This means that we will first order the product from our supplier and ship it to you within 5 – 7 working days.

If you have ordered items that are in stock with items that ship in 5 – 7 days, the entire order will still be shipped in 5 – 7 days. 

The time frame of 5 – 7 days starts after payment has been received and not when the order is received.

Due to an influx of quotation requests, a R250 quotation fee will be charged before a quotation is drafted. Once payment is received, a quote will be drafted. This will be credited to your invoice if you accept the quotation.
