Orders are processed on a first in, first out basis. While every effort is made to get your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible, it can take up to 48 working hours during busy periods.
You can add items to an order once, as long as it’s still being prepared.
Once an order has been combined and moved into the packing queue, we’re unable to add further items.
Why can I only add once?
Combining orders affects packing and courier handover. To avoid delays or mistakes, orders can only be combined one time.

The option to add to an order automatically expires once the order is no longer eligible. If the option isn’t shown, the order has already been packed or combined.
Will I pay delivery again?
If your order qualifies for free delivery when combined, your delivery fee will be refunded automatically. Otherwise, we’ll ship everything together at no extra delivery cost.
What happens if I place another order after that?
Any additional orders placed after an order has been combined will ship separately with standard delivery charges.
Shipping costs vary from area to area. All orders are shipped from Johannesburg. Delivery is calculated during checkout upon entering your delivery address.
Orders are processed weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. Our courier partners typically collect parcels between 11:00 and 14:00. If you order after the courier has collected for the day, your parcel will be collected from our premises the following working day.
Our courier partners only work weekdays and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Our payments are safely and securely processed by BobGo, allowing you to make payment with a Credit/Debit Card, instantEFT, Manual EFT, Scan to Pay, Payshap and more.
We process orders throughout the day Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 (excluding public holidays). Your order will be processed and packed within a couple of hours after making payment. Note that if you order over the weekend, we will only process your order on the next working day.
Orders over R1 000
Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery. We will use the most economical courier quote to deliver your order. Transit time varies from each courier but can vary from 2 to 9 working days depending on how busy the couriers are.
Door to Door couriers and PUDO are available on the Free Delivery option.
Pargo and BobBox are not available for free delivery.
If you qualify for free delivery but would like to choose a specific courier, you will be charged the full rate of the selected courier.
Orders under R1 000
You will be able to choose which courier you prefer to have your order delivered to you.
Depending on your location, you will be able to choose from Internet Express, RAM, Fastway, The Courier Guy, PUDO, Pargo and BobBox.
Courier rates vary between each delivery service.
We only deliver within the borders of South Africa
Free delivery is offered on orders over a certain amount. This amount is shown throughout the website and is subject to change without notice.
Door to Door couriers and PUDO are available on the Free Delivery option.
Pargo and BobBox are not available for free delivery.
Free delivery is offered entirely at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude or disable free shipping on specific products or orders without notice.

Quotes are charged at R250 before a one can be drafted. This will be credited to your invoice if you accept the quotation.
